- For every purchase of the hair is attached receiptand guarantee the authenticity of the hair, that is the most important document concerning the quality of the hair that was a client of purchase.
- On request, we can make the quality of the hair expert and determine if the hair, which the customer previously purchased (not in our living room) is a natural hair. Being valid in court, if the customer has been deceived by the lounge where bought the hair.
- As the only one company in Poland we have two important certifications:
- expertise of natural hair
- and the most import ant document – expertise of slavic, natural hair.
Only this document proves that the hair is hair Slavic, (not just natural hair), the information are verified on an ongoing basis by the institute of quality of goods in Poland.
- for every purchase we issue a guarantee of the authenticity of the hair.
- The copyright of images and texts to The Bella Donna HAIR Company reserves the right to the authorship of pictures and text. Any attempt of counterfeiting shall be immediately reported to the authorities without any notice.
